Great location!

Liked: It was such a great location and two restaurant options.
Disliked: Room was okay. The patio door had a hook for handle and it was open a little but I managed to close and lock it after a few tries. When I went to close the curtains, many hooks weren’t attached, so it just hung off the rod.

Sleepless in lovely Penticton.

Liked: We had a lake view room which we enjoyed. All the staff were great.
Disliked: The first night of our stay was a sleepless one. We chose this hotel for comfort and accessibility as my husband has cancer. We were in room 228 and the music from the bar was so loud with the bass reverberating through our bones. When we called down to ask when the music would stop and were told 2am, we were horrified. We changed our room for the next night which helped a lot. Room 228 is not fit for purpose and should only be given to those in the club until 2am!
