No bath - shower which needed a bath mat as slippery Suitable for more ‘hip’ guests with sports activities dotted about the reception area like darts and pool

Liked: We liked the style of hotel and it smells nice throughout. The staff friendly enough and that’s where it ends.
Disliked: The location isn’t great, but we accept this is reflected in the price. The room had poor quality curtains, which allowed light to flood the room and the television in the room was not working as advertised, no BBC 1HD and we were not able to use the pre-installed BBC iPlayer App or Chromecast - overall disappointing. The room also lacks home comforts; no phone, no cushions and the cosy feel we enjoy.
