Exceptional

Liked: We always stay at the penta. Rooms are a good size and the beds are extremely comfortable.
Disliked: The new car park booking system is not easy to use and the qr codes scanners at the car park don't work.

Bad nights sleep

Liked: The stuff and the hotel were nice.bed The staff and the hotel in general was very nice.
Disliked: We stayed in room 437, and the toilet was hard to flush ,then when it did flush, it was constantly stopping and starting with running water all night, which kept waking us up.
