Very good

Liked: Confortable hotel and helpful and smiling staff.Two elevators. No wasting time during peak hours. Lemon water at the entrance. Good service.
Disliked: Floor of the room was a bit old and dirt spotted

Liked: The location central in Leuven and just a stone's throw away from all the city has to offer.
Disliked: It is too expensive for its stuffy rooms, with a noisy heater/AC. Cleaning is upon request and the toilet rim was stained. The gym is small and offers little equipment. Also stuffy.
