Liked: The room was spacious, very comfortable, clean. The location was near to the Schumann Haus, which was why I chose the hotel. Also quite close to the train station and city centre.
Disliked: Reception desk problematic. When I arrived, the man at the desk was talking on the phone for 10-15 minutes. He did not acknowledge my presence as I waited to check in. I was clearly exhausted and exaspirated. When he finished talking on the phone he ignored me and checked in the couple behind me. There was no apology. I found my welcome at the hotel rather upsetting to say the least.

A comfortable and budget-friendly option...

Liked: Spacious room with a huge, comfortable bed. We loved the complimentary access to the swimming pool and spa, as well as relaxing in the cozy lobby lounge. The breakfast was also excellent.
Disliked: The location is quite central, near Hauptbahnhof, but dining options in the immediate vicinity are limited. It would also be beneficial for them to better promote their bicycle rental service.
