Everyone very pleasant and helpful...

Liked: Location perfect . Nice and clean
Disliked: Asked reception on arrival for change of towels for the second day but didn’t receive them. The dining room was very cold the first evening and we had to move into main area.

Liked: Location for City Centre Shops, Attractions,Station and Bus Station
Disliked: Room too hot even with heating off, we had to open windows and it was noisy most of night people shouting outside from early hours.Had to change rooms as YV Broke, limited Channels on TV. BREAKFAST £18 ON THE DAY OR £24 IF PAID NIGHT BEFORE.

Liked: Great location. Breakfast cost was ridiculously expensive - better to nip access the road to bus station cafe, fabulous quality for 1/3 of the price
Disliked: The noise of the elevator all night

I would definitely recommend and...

Liked: Extremely high value for money and great looking room
Disliked: The sink drain leaked slightly and there were a couple of issues with the key card
