Great location and nice hotel

Liked: Good location. Most of the staff were friendly. The food was great (we had chicken burgers) and good selection of cocktails available in the bar. The room was comfortable and had a large shower with soap and shower gel provided. We were walking distance from the city centre which was great and we were able to store our luggage. Teabags were provided, but we did have to get our own milk for them, however this was ok as there was a minibar in the room. The lounge was really nice. We would stay again if in Brussels!
Disliked: We stayed 4 nights and were told the room would be cleaned on Sunday, which is wasn’t. So we then thought they would clean it on Monday but it was never cleaned. The bar was only serving until 11, although on check in we were told we would be able to get a drink later, but this must only have applied to certain days. It would have been good to have been told that so we knew in advance. One staff member was rude a few times during our stay, one time being when we asked her if we could collect our luggage on Tuesday afternoon - not sure of her name, but this seemed unprofessional and although the rest of the staff were lovely, this meant we left the hotel on a not-so-good note.

Liked: The room was spacious and beautiful, with the windows on the quite streets. Very good breakfast with variety of foods and beverages including prosecco. Overall nice and comfortable stay
Disliked: The parking is not related to the Hotel and pretty costly, 25 EUR per 24 hours with no discounts. It is a bit outside of the center, so around 20 mins walk
