Hotel Under Renovation!

Liked: The room was renovated (except the bathroom), smells with fresh painting, everything was perfectly clean in a room. Good breakfest buffet.
Disliked: They are conducting renovations at the hotel, yet continue to accept guests. The lobby is filled with construction materials, the floors are covered in construction debris, and the only working elevator is plastered with cardboard. It feels like half the guests are construction workers from Poland and Lithuania. Noisy construction work started at 8 AM. This is a complete and utter mess, and I strongly advise against staying here until renovations are fully completed.

Good location only!

Liked: Good location and an acceptable price / performance value in this area of Berlin.
Disliked: It seems to be quite old and not well maintained. When it was a Marriott hotel it was excellent… but this is old history. Urgently needs to be renovated.
