Disliked: I reach the Hotel and no room key was ready for me. I had to call many times the emergency number that is Located on the desk to reach someone. I was Instructed to get a Smaller room since the category that i reserved they dont know where the key is and nothing like that room was availble. I slept with my wife in a Single room bed and no one contacted us Till now. We Paid for bigger room Full Price and no compasation was done and no Feedback. Abviously the worse stay ever in Vienna and I‘m Not coming back there for my next Visits to Vienna

Liked: Great location in a lovely old building located on the top floor with a lift Felt very safe with 2 locked doors and key for own room Good shower
Disliked: Photos only show some of the rooms so bedroom was smaller than expected without a balcony but still a nice little room
