No for families but good...

Liked: General experience was good. Breakfast was regular.. Staff was nice.I would not recommend it for families with small children as there were two issues. The lift was pretty small and we struggled with a buggy. Second, one member of staff was swearing in Polish over the phone a lot, no really what I expected from hotel. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Disliked: I could not stay in hotel, and I stayed another hotel. Because no staff at reception to welcome me. I could not receive the key for room. I need to claim to this hotel about my extra cost to stay in other hotel.
