Liked: Its a nice little place for a few days - location is good. Not for those who like a stale environment - this place has a nice characterl
Disliked: Nothing that the hotel can do anything about - the windows back onto a court yard - and they do tend to make a noise.

I would recommend this place...

Liked: Location was very good, 15-30 min walk to majority of popular destinations. The room and other premises were very clean, although quite old.
Disliked: Information about WC that was shared with other quests was not announced or not clear during reservation, it was a dissappointment. The breakfast was so poor, that we and other guests were asking and waiting for some food to be displayed at the tables. The choice was very limited.

Lovely stay at the heart...

Liked: The Pension is at the heart of Vienna, beautifully located by the river and a u-bahn stop. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and the shuttle service was useful and beneficial for us. I recommend this pension to everyone.

Superb

Liked: The location (10min Wine Mitte for airport train, 2min underground, tram, bus and boat to Bratislava), the breakfast (good selection), the room (bit dated perhaps but everything needed was there), the staff, very welcoming, smiling and helpful.
Disliked: Overall nothing.Depends on what you're after, we wanted a base to explore Vienna and that was perfect for us. There's always little details people will pick up but for us it wasn't important (example: towels a bit old but still doing the job).
