Liked: Breakfast selection was very good and staff were friendly & helpful
Disliked: Rooms were very odd. Tidy but fitted out oddly

Disliked: The stairs. When we arrived we had to go up some stairs with our heavy luggage. The elevator was on the first floor after going through the stairs.

Natale a Vienna

Liked: The location is excellent, close to the metro and trams. The staff is friendly and kind. Rooms are small but still quite clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and there was a wide choice of dishes.
Disliked: The shared bathroom is not the best, very small and should be cleaned more often
