Very bad experience

Liked: I’ve lost all of my belongings mean my clothes, shoes, important documents, Jewellery Because I was very sick and asked the manager to help me to bring up things into my room. He said we have no staff to help you. So left all my belongings beside the hotel and the next day thy have chucked all my things and also charged me $100 for that! This is so rude and disappointing! I have been still calling them to get my things back but they are not cooperating!

Nice stay - a few...

Liked: Convenient. Close to coffee shops and restaurants. Good value for what you pay.
Disliked: A box of tissues and a wash cloth/ flannel would have been nice. TV reception was spotty at best.

Liked: Check-in and checkout was easy. The staff were nice and friendly. Very close to train station and great coffee shops nearby. Room was comfortable
