Very good

Liked: Very courteous staff. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Chose the facility in large part for airport shuttle but found out it doesn’t run early. Breakfast was unimpressive.

Terrible

Liked: The day time front desk attendant was helpful.
Disliked: The hotel was filthy. The bed was very uncomfortable. We had a reservation for 4 nights but only stayed 1 night. The hotel approved our change and booking.com customer service promised a refund, but I have not received my refund.

Superb

Liked: The room was great
Disliked: The changing of the breakfast from included to continental as of March 24 whe I booked the room a week before and the bill online said 282.35 and thecharge on my credit card says 307.45
