Liked: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had the Garden Room, which was large and had views to the garden area which were nice despite a winter visit.

Liked: The service was outstanding. The use of lounge and drinks and snack area was very welcoming. The room was beautiful with lovely views and facilities. Fresh milk for tea and coffee. Breakfast was continental, but lovely and plenty of choice. Would definitely be going back.
Disliked: Nothing everything was brilliant.

Liked: Lovely room - really excellent shower. Comfortable bed and good temperature in room
Disliked: Earlier check in time - 4pm is quite late -Particularly if you have to pick the key up somewhere else. Plain yoghurt and butter would have been good at breakfast

Liked: We have stayed here before, so knew that it was a lovely place to spend a few days and we weren't disappointed. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and the rooms are comfortable and furnished well, with nice touches. The Christmas decorations were also lovely and made our New Years break very festive!
Disliked: Nothing. We have booked to stay again!
