Liked: Breakfast was continental which I didn’t realise until after I had booked so had to upgrade and travel to sister hotel for a cooked breakfast
Disliked: Coffee machine in room was crap and made a warm coffee after making a mess figuring out how it worked as there were no instructions.

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had the Garden Room, which was large and had views to the garden area which were nice despite a winter visit.

Liked: The service was outstanding. The use of lounge and drinks and snack area was very welcoming. The room was beautiful with lovely views and facilities. Fresh milk for tea and coffee. Breakfast was continental, but lovely and plenty of choice. Would definitely be going back.

Liked: Lovely room - really excellent shower. Comfortable bed and good temperature in room
Disliked: Earlier check in time - 4pm is quite late -Particularly if you have to pick the key up somewhere else. Plain yoghurt and butter would have been good at breakfast
