Not a "4 star" hotel as stated on this site.

Liked: The location, as it was close to where we needed to get to.
Disliked: We had to assume we needed to go inside to request valet service. Breakfast was limited.

Beautiful hotel in Boston! Loved!

Liked: Loved everything about this stay! The room was beautiful and modern, loved the vibe and how it was decorated. It was walking distance to the train station to do the day trip to Salem but then was able to walk around Boston too to see the sights. Was very happy with my stay!
Disliked: Nothing - everything was perfect.

Nice hotel but not welcoming

Liked: Nice room and the location is close to the Boston market and railway station, historic sites, supermarket etc.
Disliked: Room service had to be requested in advance, otherwise the room would not be cleaned daily. Staff were almost disinterested in me as a customer; this included the reception to the concierge. This needs attention by the management of the hotel.

Superb

Liked: Location close to TD garden. Perfect.
Disliked: Coming with a car is terrible. Traffic is horrible. Parking is very expensive. Also, the way the make the billing is very, very confusing.I didn't know what I'm going to pay until I left. Really frustrating.
