Nice enough, great to have...

Liked: The room was spacious enough and tasteful, I loved the art, the books and the views! The bed was comfortable, and the sustainable toiletries and best dressing gown were all winners.
Disliked: The room needed some TLC, only little things but I'd expect better for the price-one lamp didnt work and wasn't securely attached to the wall, the clock didn't work and there is no easy way to wash up the cups and cutlery in the kitchen-soap and sponges would be a big help. The location was nice and quiet but a little outside of a main street so had to walk for coffee, shops the subway etc.

Liked: Lovely boutique hotel, nice design, nice rooftop, comfortable bed, good size room, the kitchenette was convenient. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to the subway. The guidebook to the neighborhood was a nice touch.
Disliked: Not much to add.

I enjoyed my stay and...

Liked: The room was very well appointed, the people at the desk were very friendly, and it was very conveniently located for my activities. I also enjoy a handheld shower option.
Disliked: I would rather have a traditional Keurig coffee maker than a pour over.

Superb

Liked: The location was perfect and close to the subway station. The room had a good interior, and the hotel was very quiet. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooftop bar was a plus we didn't anticipate.
Disliked: The air conditioning is only going down to a certain level of 70 degrees which was a little unusual for a hotel of this price range. Also, the corners around the bed are not frequently cleaned since it is not very ergonomic to reach.
