Liked: The location is prime with a wonderful ski in, ski out in canyons village, a great part of park city mountain. 10 minutes away from Main Street and also close proximity to many great restaurants. Also about a 15 minute drive to deer valley for additional prime skiing. Property itself is stunning, immaculate, great views, modern, comfortable, great food, outstanding amenities etc.
Disliked: Staff could do better. Won’t always find people go above and beyond for you but are accommodating if you approach them. Everytime I took my own bags to my room because I could not understand how slowly things were moving. A handful of times when I asked for things like spa reservations, I got some push back and multiple conflicting answers on what truly was available. Service in the restaurants is extremely slow and can feel nonexistent at times. And the service you do get in restaurants do not be surprised if your order comes out wrong. But the property itself is stellar, the food is delicious, the skiing is magnificent, easy rentals and great spa if you’re interested and of course the views are breathtaking
