Good location and quality, but...

Liked: The hotel location is excellent, the staff is very friendly, and the room space, quality and cleanliness are very good.
Disliked: The hotel location is excellent, and in a historical building of Chicago. However, you will pay accordingly; I would say the price/quality ratio is low because of this.We added a credit for breakfast, and ended up not using it - the café on the ground floor is also open to the general public, and frequently had a 20+ minute wait we couldn't afford...The room could use some better sound insulation. The noise from the street was a bit bothersome.
