Liked: The hotel had every amenity and was extremely clean.
Disliked: Our check in time was delayed by 2 hours and we did not get to see certain parts of the city that we planned, but the manager accommodated a late check out the next day and sent champagne to the room for the disruption to plans.

I really loved the place...

Liked: I loved the hotel design and customer service. I also loved the room and its details.
Disliked: I did not like the food at all, nor how breakfast was divided into a cost of $60 for two people. I didn’t expect this, as it was not explained beforehand. I assumed it would be like any other hotel with an open buffet.We also didn’t like the food overall.The room’s view was good but not as great as I had expected.Additionally, the rooms lack bathroom slippers, which is inconvenient because the bathroom floor is very cold.
