Liked: The reception staff- Ms Kathrin is a professional and possess good customer service skills.The breakfast serving staff were also very friendly and guided us well to all the halal options in the menu including the cleaning staff who were friendly.The location of property and accessibility to the venue and public transport is super
Disliked: Water bottles could have been provided more frequently.Some staff had a very reserved attitude and were not willing to help.

Liked: Beautiful and clean room! Heating was good and staff were nice.
