Liked: The staff were excellent and lovely. We checked in very easily. The hotel was spotless and very inviting
Disliked: The door on our room was faulty. I complained and we were offered the door to be fixed or a room change. We took the room change. We were shown 2 rooms, the rooms were slightly smaller and had a smaller bed than our original room. I asked if we had been down graded and the lady said no.The shower was awful, you could not control the water temperature it was either cold or scolding hot. The shower was very basic, which let down the whole hotel experience.

Liked: Beautiful, well kept and clean

Liked: The staff were amazing and the hotel was beautiful. It was located close to many transport routes too.
Disliked: It looked like toothpaste or mouthwash was on the side of the sink. It was only noticeable when sitting on the toilet, so I can see how the cleaning staff may have missed it. But other than that it was very clean.

Liked: The single room size is small. Still, I consider the value for money good, given that the room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The location was also great.
Disliked: Small room size, but you can't change that.
