Highly recommended quiet clean and...

Liked: Loved how clean, beautiful and quiet the hotel is. Really appreciated the warmth and kindness of the staff. The room was small but clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located in a nice street. We loved our stay ❤️- thank you!
Disliked: I thought the quality of the meat at breakfast wasn't great. Would have been nice to have had a bit more choices of cheeses. It was a shame because otherwise, the breakfast was nice - especially the fruit salad, the fruits and mini croissants, and pains au chocolat. Some decaf tea or coffee in the room would have been amazing.

Fine for a short stay...

Liked: Location is great, walking distance to many attractions and several tube stations in easy reach. Staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful - they make the difference. Outside terrace is a lovely addition and we sat outside several times as room was very small. It could be enhanced further with patio heaters and more cushions. Reception area is also very nice to sit in. Complimentary bottles of water were replenished during our stay as well as the usual tea/coffee/biscuits.
Disliked: Room was very small, cramped and badly laid out, had to side step to get past one of the beds. Putting in bunks would have made it more spacious as a family room. Our room was in the basement so had very, very limited natural light but could have been improved by removing the fake foliage cover on the internal courtyard. The door to the courtyard was sealed but accessing this and having a bistro set would have made a big difference to having some space. Room decor is tired and could do with a refresh. Bathroom is very small and could do with a deep clean and refresh. Overall, the small room, poor design and darkness made it depressing so take advantage of the reception and outdoor terrace.

Disliked: Triple room was very small and quite claustrophobic. Upper mezzanine not adequate for adults.

A quiet oasis

Liked: 3night stay. Reception staff were great and organised early check-in for us.Room cleaned daily along with the replenishment of free chilled water. Biscuits, etc.Lovely area, walking distances to a large number of shops and restaurants and tube stations in the westbourne Road, Portabello market. Area. Quiet comfortable sleep overlooking a garden square. I Great value for money.
Disliked: I wouldn't recommend breakfast. Despite having a lovely outdoor terrace, breakfast was in the basement. Selection was not very tasty, no joy. Whivh resulted in us eating out on the last morning

A nice budget hotel in...

Liked: The hotel is located near Kensington Gardens and about a 7 min walk to a tube station. Our room was small but the bed was very comfortable and they provide a fan for when the day got too hot (we were located on the 3rd floor).
