Great place to stay

Liked: We received a warm welcome as soon as we entered the hotel. Our luggage was carried in for us and out at the end of our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Liked: All the staff were amazing and helpful. Breakfast was great and it was great talking to the chef.
Disliked: The rooms were a bit cramped but still okay.

Liked: Friendly staff. Close to numerous tube stations for easy transport to all attractions. Plenty of food options nearby the hotel as well.

Great value and location

Liked: Staff really attentive and helpful. Great location for early morning run round Hyde Park and Bayswater or Queensway tube only minutes walk away.Duplex worked really well for us and would recommend if three of you..... just be careful with headroom 'upstairs' but really wasn't an issue.
Disliked: Often an issue for me - I just don't like shower curtains and prefer screens. Although as they go this one wasn't too bad.
