Liked: We are a family of 4, with 2 young kids. Overall we had a great experience, the room was decent and clean. We spent the Sunday night there, so there was no issue with the noise

Generally very comfortable when upgraded...

Liked: The room was large and beds comfortable
Disliked: There was no warning regarding some rooms may be noisy before booking, which pressured you to pay for upgrade to a quieter room. Also whilst it had blinds curtains would with making the room darker and maybe a rug on the floor to improve comfort

Worst night ever

Disliked: There was a concert until 1am in the bar. They sent us a message 1h before arrival that Friday and Saturday night gets loud and room could be above the bar. They say that rooms are given as first in first serve basis. This is strictly unacceptable. Then asking for another room is indeed more expensive. They tod us that could get loud. But more than loud, all the walls were vibrating. I have problems to hear but the noise was nor the main issue but the fact that you could feel the bass rythme in your bed. Definitely they were not honest.
