Roaches

Disliked: When we arrived at the motel, one of our rooms had a dead roach in the room. As we did not want to stay in a room infested with bugs, particularly with children, we opted to leave the following day to relocate to a different hotel. Pelican Pointe refused to refund any portion of the stay even though we vacated the property.

Liked: We unfortunately were not able to actually stay at the property however, I had to interact with the front desk associate, Vic and Nicole, front desk manager. And I must say I've been in the travel industry for 20 years. They answered the phone with a smile, sincere and compassionate. When we go down next year for the service alone.
