It was a perfect place...

Liked: We were upgraded to a suite for our anniversary. The room was beautiful. Location was perfect. You can walk right out to the beach.
Disliked: Nothing

Not bad but wouldn’t stay...

Liked: My wife and two kids stayed here for Spring Break. All in all, we had a great time but it’s unlikely that we would stay at this resort a second time. The Positive- nice beach with plenty of chairs/umbrellas for all guests (don’t pay extra for VIP)-Ocean front king suite was nice. Wonderful ocean view-location was good. Everything you might need was within a couple miles-Staff was friendly-Hotel was clean -nice place for families. Tons of kids for other kids to play with. Definitely not the place to stay if you are still looking for the “young and single” experience.
Disliked: the negative. -Parking it very overpriced at $55/day + tax (mandatory valet)-22% hospitality fee added to every bill is ridiculous. -Online photos were deceiving and made the pool appear much larger than it actually is. Pool was too small to accommodate both adults and children so it was essentially a kids pool our entire stay (great for our kids, not so much for the adults)-Paid extra for “VIP Beach Service” which seemed like a complete waste of money being that everyone essentially had the same service and could ask for chairs to be set up at any time. -No travel sized shampoo/conditioner bottles supplied in showers which is insane, especially for such an expensive hotel/resort. Only bath items provided were bottles that cost $25 each if used. -the one and only time we tried room service it took 1hr 45min to get a grilled cheese and hot dog for my kids. The one time we ate breakfast in dining room it took over an hour to get food (eggs and oatmeal). We ended up eating at the hotel restaurant next door for the rest of our stay (which was cheaper and better food with much faster service). -Fitness room had descent equipment but WAY too small for a resort that size. Maybe enough room for 2-3 people max (excluding the few pieces of cardio equipment)
