Enjoyable stay ruined by poor...

Disliked: I contacted the hotel front desk staff and hotel reservation staff and booking.com customer service multiple times in the week after the stay and was promised an answer to my question. No resolution yet. Booking.com says the hotel is not responding to them either. I give up.

Great hotel in a great...

Liked: The king suite we stayed in was huge and super nice. The hotel was upscale but casual. The weekend brunch was fantastic and all of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!
