Liked: The room was very nice and clean. The flooring was especially nice as it was not carpeted and gave a more clean feeling to the room. They called me that day ahead of the check in time to let me know that the room was ready for whenever I got there
Disliked: The bathroom was very small and difficult to move around in and I am a small person. What I did not like is that I was unable to find the ice machine and when I went to the front desk around 5:00pm, there was not any staff at the desk and I waited and no one came to the desk. I found a valet person who showed me where the ice was but the door was locked and I had to wait in the freezing cold while he got a key to let me in

Liked: Location was fantastic. View of ocean was beautiful.
Disliked: They need a better on-site restaurant for all meals, including breakfast. Also, my room was only accessible by an outside, rickety staircase that was precarious during inclement weather.

Liked: The property is absolutely lovely .I had an ocean front room that was just beautiful.The bed was very comfortable and the room was: very clean.had a lovely seating area.The facility was decorated so elegantly .The fires added a warm and lovely touch .The staff were absolutely wonderful.They were very accommodating and professional .I have stayed here for many years and it feels like I am home and never want to leave.
Disliked: There isn’t anything that I didn’t like .

Liked: The hotel and location was very, very nice.I would highly recommend it to anyone! As a matter of fact. .It was my favorite part of the Cape.....'ll definitely come back@
