Disliked: Could not buy lodger ski passes when booked here. This resulted in the family spending a couple hundred dollars more.

Disliked: Room had no tissues when we got in it. No extra toilet paper. It’s takes hours for staff to get you what you need (extra blankets etc.) The morning we woke up, we planned to go to the cafe for breakfast. When we went down to order, we were told they aren’t serving food, only drinks. Our only food option was a buffet next door at the bistro (that the website says opens at 4pm). No where was any of this change or info on the website. As a business, you can’t just pick and choose what you want to do and serve for that day. People rely on websites for information and planning purposes. Very disappointed in our stay. The tubing hills didn’t even slide you down, you stopped half way through. This trip was a big waste of money. The staff was not friendly at all. They all seemed like they don’t want to be there.

the slopes were fun but...

Liked: The slopes are beautiful. People are nice.
Disliked: Bathroom floor was dirty, the bathmat was moldy and we couldn’t take it off, it was stuck. One of two queen bed sheets were dirty! There was body hair inside the bed, disgusting. There were no towels at the pool/hot-tub. We were there for a good 2 hours and no clean towels came in. The pool staff were not very polite.
