Liked: Food was good and the kids enjoyed tubing
Disliked: It was very loud above us it was ridiculous !!!!

We’ve stayed here several time...

Liked: Great location, restaurants, skiing
Disliked: When we arrived we did not receive the room we reserved through booking dot com. We were told that booking was not allowed to reserve suites. Also we currently have a pending charge on our credit card of $331.36!

We will be back!

Liked: we had an excellent breakfast in the hotel. And they made a special latte for me. Kiddos to the chef for our Christmas Eve dinner (surf/turf). Brisket burgers the next day were Amazing and Unique. We had a great time.
Disliked: all good.

Liked: We always love the cozy atmosphere there and our son loves the pool and play area.
Disliked: We had some very noisy neighbors the second night (overall I think the walls are pretty thin but these people were running and screaming in the halls at 430am) and the first night the fire alarm briefly went off which made it hard to go back to sleep but glad it wasn't anything serious. The bathroom door was difficult to open and close as it would catch on the floor. Otherwise everything was great!
