Happily memorable in every possible...

Liked: We were celebrating my oldest sister’s 80th birthday. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. They made the celebration very memorable by making a lovely fuss of her and pampered her in every possible way.
Disliked: The hotel was a little tired looking in places but it was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very welcoming indeed.

Nice hotel but needs a...

Liked: Location is great. Staff couldn’t have been nicer, friendly and welcoming. Pool area is lovely.
Disliked: The room (61) was very basic and a bit tired. Bathroom looked like it had been done up but the bedroom furniture was very shabby and stained. The lounge area in the main hall way was also a bit tired and not very welcoming. The furniture had a lot of stains and wasn’t really a nice place to sit.
