Disliked: The room smelt like a sweaty man ,did tell staff, didn't offer me another room ,TV didn't work the whole time I was there, went to strip the bed and found filthy mattress protector

Disliked: There was a musky smell permeating the room. Opening the windows did not make it go away.

Room great, entitled guests not...

Liked: staff, location, comfortable room, price.
Disliked: the fact that some other guests don't know how to share a bathroom... left soap, towel, rubbish everywhere when they showered at 7am. pretty revolting to then use that bathroom. you shouldn't need to put up signs for such entitled people... but perhaps you could for the comfort of guests who do the right thing
