A pleasant hotel within walking...

Liked: The location was great and the view on the balcony across to the beach was lovely as we had a sea view room which most are. The beds were comfortable and the spa bath in the room fun to have. We were in a studio room with a little kitchen which we used for breakfast. I think an upstairs room is the best choice and there is a lift. Rooms on the other side will get the sunset.
Disliked: The housekeeping was a little different as they changed all the towels, but did not make the bed. Not a big issue just surprised us. The road is quite busy in the day time sitting on the balcony.

Liked: Room was excellent. The view to the ocean was spectacular. Didn't use the spa.Kitchen well equipped.
Disliked: A bit noisy being on Marine Parade , but his was more than offset by the view.

Nice room but luxury ????

Liked: Room was nice and clean - lovely view across to water. Staff esp.cleaners friendly & helpful.
Disliked: Balcony needs to be more private - could hear conversations each side very clearly - couch too far away from TV - had to sit on bed to watch - TV channels not in sequence - all muddled - very differcult to find sports channel.
