Liked: Friendly host, nice room with comfy beds, good shower.Very good full cooked breakfast.

Liked: The room was warm and plenty of hot water was available before we got up. There was plenty of storage space. Our dog was made very welcome. The fridge in the bedroom was very useful for storing his food. It also contained bottles of fresh milk, ideal for making drinks using the provided kettle and refreshments tray.Breakfast was excellent. a great choice, with full English including local sausages, fresh tomatoes and mushrooms.
Disliked: We were asked to take off our shoes near the door. When we took an invited walk around the farm, it was clear that the need to remove shoes was due to the muddy farmyard, but our room was close to the main farmhouse and accessed over clean gravel.

Liked: Genuine homely venue. The feel of the place was lovely. Very reasonable - great breakfast. Working farm - great. The location for us was perfect. Great pub for excellent meal 7 minutes away in Islip.
Disliked: Stay was too short.

Fabulous b and b

Liked: Comfortable cosy room, wonderful hospitality, Beverley was so friendly. It was lovely to stay on the farm and see the new born lambs (wellies provided) and the breakfast was fantastic.
