Disliked: Online said there was a pool and hot tub but none when I arrived.

Good location, bad value

Liked: Size of the room
Disliked: The cost is outrageous, the handicap room my dad was in didn't really have any room around the bed. Bar, restaurant, and pool were closed, parking ramp access door was locked. No continental breakfast. This room really should have cost about half of what I paid.

Did not meet our expectations....

Liked: Not much. We were caught in a management crisis.
Disliked: You, booking.com, did not make accurate reservations. And breakfast was supposed to be included. Nothing of the sort happened. You charged me $3600.00 for a ten day (or was it nine or even eight, you messed up so much) and the place was not worth half of that. YOU owe me a refund.

Disliked: Restaurant & Bar were closed due to staffing🤬
