Nice staff; nice room; good price and next to the Winter Garden. It was what I wanted.

Liked: Ubications. Less than one minute to Winter Garden.
Disliked: It's a little bit laberintic to find the room.

Mini Getaway with my boyfriend

Liked: The room was lovely and bed comfy. The heated floor in the bathroom was a bonus. The location of the hotel is one of the reasons we choose to stay here. Just a short walk to the main shops and pier.
Disliked: The shower wasn't the best. And the new £25 per night deposit rule was a shock as there was nothing on their page or in the message I received after booking. There is just a notice on the reception desk. I paid the £50 deposit for the two nights but not happy as it left me £50 down. Checked out yesterday morning and it still has not been returned to my card
