Liked: The kids loved the pool, the breakfast, and the idea of the other atrium amenities. The room was clean and comfortable for the price, the staff was very friendly and helpful and I saw that they are working on fixing it up more.
Disliked: The arcade was not fully functional, the pool was chilly and the pool towels really tiny. When I wanted ice there was only one ice machine really far away. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to have them in more locations.One bed in our room was comfy and the other was really bouncy. There was nothing wrong with it except it made it difficult to sleep beside someone because every time they moved the whole thing bounced a bit.

Liked: We’ve stayed many times before. We love to stay for the kids to play and swim. The game machines were either down or took our money. Even the air hockey table we couldn’t enjoy it because it kept getting stuck. Than the pool was closed but we had no idea.
Disliked: The pool was closed which didn’t say anywhere online before booking the room. It was posted at the hotel but not before we booked. The games are outdated or broken.

Liked: The staff was friendly and bartender was on point.
Disliked: 75% of the table games and arcade games were out of order. Our room had a musty smell, the bathroom sink was all cracked, air conditioners made loud cracking noise and the water was pipes to drain into the shower. There is a major leak over our shower causing the tile ready to fall into our shower. Very run down for the price we paid. I would not recommend going until it’s remodeled.
