Pear Tree House is a quaint family-run bed and breakfast in the beautiful market town of Pickering. The property offers free WiFi free off-street parking bike storage and a drying room. All rooms at Pear Tree House have their own bathroom. Each beautifully appointed room has a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a tranquil shared sitting room and guests are welcome to bring their own drinks to the property. The best B&B we’ve ever...

Liked: Beautiful room. Excellent hearty Yorkshire breakfast. Friendly welcome. Central location. Lots of attention to detail.
Disliked: Nothing. We’d go again but it’s often fully booked and we visit Pickering regularly to see family.

Perfect B&B for our 1...

Liked: Home from home B&B . Room very comfortable and spacious. plentiful tea / coffee plus lovely biscuits in the room. Breakfast choices were excellent- pre ordered night before. Location great, short walk into main town and easy access to North Yorkshire moors. Welcoming friendly owners Would definitely return and recommend

Good value, felt very homely

Liked: We stayed here for new year (sorry I am only just reviewing now!!) and the couple who run it are lovely and it was in a perfect location.
