Pear Tree House is a quaint family-run bed and breakfast in the beautiful market town of Pickering. The property offers free WiFi free off-street parking bike storage and a drying room. All rooms at Pear Tree House have their own bathroom. Each beautifully appointed room has a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. There is a tranquil shared sitting room and guests are welcome to bring their own drinks to the property. Friendly, accommodating hosts & lovely...

Liked: Lovely friendly set up, parking off road available too. Great proximity for Whitby where we were going & Skipton. Superb brekkie, lots of choice & very tasty. Friendly & engaging hosts who were keen to give insight on what might be of interest for us.
Disliked: Nothing .. all good

A warm and comfy stay...

Liked: A good-sized spacious room, with plenty of space for clothes. The bed was very comfy. I had to leave early morning to attend a function, and the host kindly cooked me a breakfast before her normal start time. The breakfast was delicious, and set me up for the day in the open air!
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: Our 2nd time staying at Pear Tree B&B we love it. Breakfast fabulous great menu choice. The Barn room is spacious bed is very comfortable. Thank you for a fabulous friendly stay we will be back
