Liked: Everything was great. Staff, room, location walking distance for shopping and food.
Disliked: The quilt cover on the bed. Wasn't soft bit thick for a quilt cover.

Liked: Beautiful property. Very centrally located in Banff village. Really spacious and well equipped room. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely return.

Liked: Great location both to all Banff has to offer and more importantly the bus stop for the bus shuttle service to the Lake Louise and Sunshine was directly in front of the hotel. Really friendly and helpful staff. Had a lift suite that worked really well and sufficient kitchen facilities to make lunch and achy day to take to mountain. Would definitely staff here again

Disliked: Being on the first floor, we could hear street traffic in the early morning so difficult to sleep in.
