Great hotel, questionable dinner service

Liked: The location, facilities in the room, cleanliness, hotel aspect, professionalismof the receptionist and breakfast waiting staff. Food in the restaurant is delicious, well prepared and worth the money.
Disliked: We experienced poor service by the dinner waiting team which led to us walking out in frustration after just the main course. Sadly spoilt a great dining experience.

Liked: The bed and furnishings were very comfortable. The attached restaurant was very good and inclusive breakfast was superb
Disliked: Better location of handrails in the bathroom, especially near the toilet. (we stayed in an accessible room)

Liked: Beautiful location. Very comfortable and welcoming room. Good amenities. Light in bathroom was very bright and slightly annoying with towels stored outside bathroom. But other wise you had thought of everything and get comfortable. Very good breakfast. Very friendly staff would definitely return .
Disliked: Bit of a maze getting from beds room to the dining room. But not a major thing.
