Very poor

Liked: The game room next to the pool was nice. Staff was nice.
Disliked: The location was not as close to Disney as I expected. Pay for parking at Disney. The shuttle is not reliable. The room was super small and uncomfortable. We were definitely crowded. It also felt very muggy in the room. The carpet and any items left on the floor felt wet. Also, if you book through booking.com, beware that it is a timeshare, and they will try and sell you on it. I thought I was booking a regular hotel room.

Liked: The valet was nice after a long day, I didn’t have to find my own parking they parked my truck for me.
Disliked: No breakfast but the kitchenettes felt spacious. Pay for the parking was annoying but valet did come in handy after a long day. Staff is rude. Needed extra towels and wasn’t able to get any.

Liked: Great location, easy access to drive to Disney.
Disliked: The reception closed from 11-7 made it difficult to get going to Disney when we wanted in the am bc we had to check in the .
