Disliked: The valet only parking and having to pay for everyday of it it was not convenient to have to go to someone to get our car every time we wanted to leave.

Friendly and feels like home!

Liked: It is a quiet and convenient area to stay! The staff is very friendly and nice. They give you a map of the area and even recommend different places to go see and visit. They have a lounge area to play pool, ping pong tables,and more! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Liked: The location was convenient to a lot of restaurants, small shops and walking distance distance distance to Disneyland.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that after three days, I was told that I had to move my family along with the three kids and two grandparents from this hotel to another hotel because they overbooked. The other hotels were not a great selection that they were telling me to pick from it’s one of their other timeshare locations.

Liked: The game room next to the pool was nice. Staff was nice.
Disliked: The location was not as close to Disney as I expected. Pay for parking at Disney. The shuttle is not reliable. The room was super small and uncomfortable. We were definitely crowded. It also felt very muggy in the room. The carpet and any items left on the floor felt wet. Also, if you book through booking.com, beware that it is a timeshare, and they will try and sell you on it. I thought I was booking a regular hotel room.
