Welcoming charm and character.

Liked: Its charm is indisputable, both inside and out. Our deluxe king room was very spacious and beautiful with lots of quirky original features. Sagel on reception was fun and helpful and really set the tone. Breakfast was excellent quality. There’s free parking and its location is perfect being just a short block away from the town’s historic centre.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like.

Liked: The location is great. Walking distance to historic area, shopping and restaurants. King bed was very comfortable. Parking available.
Disliked: Not fuzzy and warm like it used to be. Hospitality was all business and unemotional. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special. No special touches.Wine and coffee were of poor quality. Toilet ran off and on, the tub was dripping, the little wall unit electric fireplace wasn't working.Disappointed

Liked: Absolutely fantastic location. Very close to beautiful buildings and a short walk to the main shopping/restaurant area. Annette made our stay special as she was welcoming, pleasant and delightful. The prepared breakfast was substantial, beautifully prepared and presented and a real treat. The property is beautifully furnished inside.
Disliked: Our suite did not have a chair to sit on and relax in. Not a big deal as we just sat on the bed.

Liked: The staff are wonderful people who make you feel so at home. We've stayed here 3 time in 13 months. We will continue to to go back there.
Disliked: There is NOTHING we did not like.We always hate leaving. Love it!!!
