Liked: The location of the hotel is in the heart of the old town. It’s a beautifully preserved building and very comfortable. We loved staying there.

Liked: Location was great - only thing great about hotel. They stuck us in the annex which was just strangely laid out and like a ski chalet vibe! Hot room and told us we could not open windows due to spiders - which did cover the windows. Truly nothing 5 star about our stay at all!
Disliked: Another room perhaps!

Liked: The location, the size of the room, wonderful staffs
Disliked: There are two closets next to the head of the bed and the handles of the closets were too close to the bed, I was afraid of banging my face when I get out from the bed. A strange place to have the handles.The toilet did not flash each time somehow, which was annoying. We complained this when we checked out and the front desk was puzzled. I hope they solved this problem.

Disliked: Being in the pavillon (annexe) felt a bit isolated.Members of staff mistakenly entered my room while I was in it in the late evening (but apologised immediately - training exercise gone wrong, apparently).Ventilators in shower and toilet didn't seem to work so room needed a good airing.Confusion over tourist-tax at end of stay (I thought I had already paid it at the time of booking but I had in fact not done so. Confusion cleared up by email afterwards. Reception was polite about it).The extras - breakfast, spa etc - were verrrrrry expensive (so I didn't use them).Banging my head on the air-con above the bed; having to be careful not to poke my eye out on the showerhead (I'm 6'4'' and the showerhead was 6' up.Could have been more sockets (with USB points).
