Liked: location is ok, hotel can be better
Disliked: they can have better customer care if you wish people come back to the hotel. I do understand, there are things can’t be controlled but being a 3 stars hotel, the bare minimum is to check facilities enough to avoid situations like the one I had. you expect at least a refund from all the unpleasant experiences, like from day of arrival people entering your room to do works. it got to a stage I had to change hotel last minute and the hotel only refunded 1 nights but the other 2 where I had to be “okay” with the works on the bathroom not a single % was refunded for the inconveniences even if I was spoken about it. unfortunately will never come back to a place where you’re not treated right.

Liked: So central and clean. Friendly & helpful staff. Loved how we had the use of the kitchen when required.
Disliked: Room quite small.

A unexpected gem

Liked: It’s so good so I stayed two nights, completely out of expectations, it is newly renovated and very nice

Very nice location

Liked: Very good location, right in the heart of Montmartre. Decent room size.
Disliked: Not a big issue, but there were some bedsheets thrown under the bed when we arrived, we notified the staff in the evening and the next evening they were still there.
