Great location, friendly staff but...

Liked: The location and friendly staff.
Disliked: The air conditioning was not working adequately in turn making the room incredibly uncomfortable and hot, there were nail clippings on the carpet beside the coffee table (later vacuumed up after complaining to staff) and the shower head only had half of the jets working. There is also a clear lack of maintenance in both the room we stayed in and the outdoor corridor. Upon leaving the hotel we noticed a trolley in the foyer that had not been wiped down and was filthy - not a good look! The carpet in the corridors also smells wet and musty.

Liked: The plants and trees inside. Restaurant was good
Disliked: There were cockroaches and bugs inside. Had to complain to the reception. The staff weren't friendly, especially the asian people working downstairs during breakfast. Couldn't understand them and the man sounded like he was yelling at us the whole time.

Great accommodation option for an...

Liked: Very well kept accommodation with friendly staff and generally easy to access property. Everything throughout my stay went smoothly and I was able to access everything I required very easily and as required.
Disliked: For light sleepers they may have difficulty with the noise in the Atrium if they plan on going to bed early. Otherwise, a fantastic stay.
