A pleasant enough stay, but...

Liked: On arrival at the hotel there was plenty of parking available and the staff were very welcoming when I went inside. The room was very spacious with plenty of room for my case etc.
Disliked: The hotel decor looks like it was last updated on the 1800's and made me feel like i should have been dressed like Lawrence Llewelyn Bowen while i stayed there. There are no plug sockets next to the bed so its a pain in the bum if you use your phone as an alarm and have to charge it over night.

Great Hotel on riverside.

Liked: A little way from the motorway, so handy for a stop off. 24 hour receiption and loads of parking, which is handy. Clean/tidy. Great quick breakfast.
Disliked: More plug sockets in the room and near bed. Minor issue.

Liked: We have stayed with you a number of times and you consistently provide a clean comfortable and friendly hotel, where the rooms are well furnished, the meals are well thought through, well cooked, the staff are attentive, and you have become the first choice for our visits to your area. Thank you for the dedication that is obviously needed to maintain your standards.

Ok for a weekend

Liked: Nice gym nice pool staff very friendly
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable lumpy and you could feel the springs Pool had a leak so had to be consistently filled by a water hose

Renovations are needed

Liked: They dealt with complaints decisively and well
Disliked: Pur apartment was appalling - smelled terrible and there were threadbare blankets. After a compulsory they upgraded our apartment to a lovely much better one. We didn't go for breakfast as it would have been £45 - for a family of four this just feels excessive.
