Liked: Upgraded free of charge as they were busy. Beautiful views over the estuary
Disliked: The pool is smaller than I expected and quite cold but ok.

Disliked: lack of choice for evening meals

Liked: Good location for work, lots of parking and big rooms.
Disliked: Room needs updating or refurbishment, hotel is a bit tired.

Liked: Lovely property in perfect a location! Very tasty breakfast and plenty of options for food / drink during the day. Spa treatments were nice and relaxing and the room was comfortable with a beautiful view
Disliked: Unfortunately the pool was closed during my stay (which I was not told about till arrival) and the sauna was not well kept so didn’t use it even though I had planned a spa/ hiking break. The bed was lumpy

Liked: Location. Comfort. Fabulous view from conservatory. Staff were very good.
Disliked: These are only minor issues!TV remote was a challenge. Some functions did not operate as expected. Fixed shower head difficult for shampooing ladies' hair, but otherwise a good shower experience. Tea and coffee machines good, but not very tasty coffee. Socket for charging devices not conveniently available.
