Disliked: The room was stale and in some places, just dirty.

Highly recommend this property.

Liked: Everything was perfect. Location is prime, view is spectacular from the partial ocean view room, cleaning staff went above and beyond (sometimes twice a day to make sure our room was stellar). Check in was a breeze and everyone was cordial and friendly. Will return for another visit for sure. Kudos to all!!!

Disliked: **Review:** I chose this hotel to celebrate my mom's birthday, hoping for a memorable experience as she traveled all the way from Europe to California. Unfortunately, our stay was far from the luxury and hospitality we were expecting. I contacted the hotel in advance to ensure everything would be special for her birthday, and they assured me it would be taken care of. However, upon entering our room, there was absolutely nothing prepared for her celebration. To make matters worse, the room was extremely noisy, likely due to a broken pipe or AC issue. I had to request a room change twice before they finally moved us. No one from the staff offered to help us with our luggage, so we had to move everything ourselves. That evening, we had a birthday dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Despite notifying them in advance about the occasion, they didn’t even offer a candle or any acknowledgment. I messaged them about this disappointing experience, and they promised to send a dessert as an apology, but it never arrived. The hotel also claims to be dog-friendly, but this was not our experience. Service dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, so we were forced to sit outside, and they are also restricted from the pool area. Despite calling ahead to ensure my service dog would have amenities, there was no bed or any preparation for him. This stay was disappointing on multiple levels. The lack of attention to detail, poor customer service, and failure to deliver on their promises make it clear this is not a luxurious resort. They don’t prioritize their guests or care about special requests, making it a place I would not recommend.
