Very relaxing and comfortable everything...

Liked: Other than the restaurant being out of a lot of menu items everything was perfect.

Very good

Liked: Loved the pools and the vegetation around the villas. The shuttle service was appreciated as well to get into Old town of Key West. Our room was very spacious and the Occitane products in the bathroom were lovely ( shampoo, body wash, hand soap and body lotion)

Disliked: Not on the water ocean like I thought it would be.

Liked: The only complaint was the water pressure in the bathroom. Both the sink and shower was very low pressure. Other than that it was great. Our third time staying there. There are four pools to enjoy and staff was very nice

Liked: Very beautiful, exclusive resort. Small villas in typical east coast style with wooden balconies. Small, but elegant rooms, each with terrace or balcony. 4 separate very nice pool areas. Entire resort is very neat and clean.
Disliked: I couldn’t tell - maybe a missing beach…

Lovely! Would stay again.

Liked: The food was good, especially the breakfast. Grounds were lovely. Loved the adult only pool, wish there had been more than one though. Staff was soo friendly.
Disliked: Room was a little dark not enough lights. Shower needed to be upgraded. Upstairs had children marching up and down their room.
