Great visit, welcoming and accommodating...
Liked: The suites were great for us as we were traveling with another couple. The four pools were also fantastic as you had options of where to be and we were always able to find a spot. Staff came around regularly for drinks or snacks. The shuttle to the beach and Duvall was very convenient and helpful.
Disliked: We had a small problem with some bugs that the staff addressed immediately. That’s what happens in warm weather.

Wonderful hotel with a great...
Liked: It’s a beautiful hotel with four pools and even though the pools are next to each other it doesn’t seem like they are. Each one has trees shrubs and other plants around them so it seems secluded.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.

Worst front desk manager ever....
Liked: The apartments, the pool, the bar, everything is really beatiful and confortable
Disliked: The front desk manager mistreat us on our arrival. Ashley was her name. She was nos interest in helping us, but chit chating with her partner at the front desk. Did not help us with a problem we had with the hotel postnet, nor willing to explain the tarrifs of the hotel. She gave us ZERO usefull info about the city, pool times, breakfast or whatever. When we demand her attention she tell us that we could leave if we did not like the place. Did not understand why we would have to deal with a no hotel situation on our arrival when she was the was bringing us problems. We stayed 2 night here and this situation really ruined most of the experience.
