Liked: I love the affordable room rate Parkwood Inn & Suites has to offer! Not only is it affordable, but this hotel is clean, in a good location, and the staff is friendly. 10/10 I highly recommend :)

Lovely Stay at Reasonable Price

Liked: The rooms & facility was clean & neat. The staff was exceptional, very helpful & answered all questions promptly. The breakfast selection included pancakes, eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, muffins, yogurt, cold cereal and oatmeal packets. Drink selection included 3 different juices, coffee, cocoa, and cappuccino. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of light and water pressure. Generally quiet unless a nearby door slammed. My only complaint is the mattresses are Memory foam, which I find uncomfortable. Otherwise, a lovely stay for a reasonable price.Added plus: a tasty Thai restaurant across the parking lot.

Great location, staff are nice,...

Liked: We have stayed at the Parkwood Inn about 6 times, when we visit my son. The location is decent, and rooms are usually clean, that's why we have continued to book here. Though, it can be difficult to find a parking space.
Disliked: Our most recent visit was disappointing because the mattresses are so worn out. My Queen bed had a permanent dip on the side. I kept almost rolling out of bed. So much so, that I had to end up sleeping parallel to the pillows. And our room keys weren't working. Four times in two days, we had to get our keys reset. It was a pain. After the first time, we were told to keep them away from our wallets, so they didn't get desensitized, which we then did, but still no luck. Breakfast was ok, a little more than just cereal and fruit
