Probably won’t be back!

Liked: Had the availability I needed for my stay.
Disliked: Was very pricey for what you got.

It was very good overall

Liked: Room was clean and pretty spacious.
Disliked: The AC unit in the room was very load and could not have on during the night. From the images on the website site it appeared that there was a breakfast station as well as ice however was not provided info to where to get.

Avoid this Motel Unless Desparate...

Liked: The location - can walk downtown in just a few minutes.
Disliked: There was water damage on the ceiling tiles that made them bulge over the bed - looked like it could give way anytime. There was also water damage on a door frame that made the frame bulge and was brown in colour. The towel rack in the bathroom was missing and large holes in the wall left unfixed. The room was advertised for 4 people (2 double beds); yet there was one coffee cup and only 2 water glasses and one coffee pod. We did ask for more pods and they were provided. No box of Kleenex. Absolutely overpriced for the dungy room. Obvious no upkeep on the room/building.

Liked: it was all as advertised
Disliked: instructions as to turning on the heat - it was quite cool that night

Very good

Liked: The lighting was very good. The room was bright due to the ceiling lights. Usually the hotel rooms are dark.Spacious room for two.
Disliked: There was no tissue box which was strange. I think any hotel would provide that. It's inconvenient without it. There was no hook for hanging clothes on the door in the bathroom.

We won’t be staying here...

Liked: The staff were very friendly! It’s a good location because it’s close to Waterton and close to downtown Pincher Creek. The beds were very comfortable and we were grateful for the air conditioner.
Disliked: The motel is more meant for workers who are working in the area. The room was clean on first look, but needed much more attention… corners, baseboards, walls, dishes… they need a deep cleaning. The $25 per night pet fee is high.

Superb

Clean tidy and uncomfortable stay.

Liked: The room was renovated with the washroom.Room was clean, there was a micro, a coffee maker (with 2 coffee pods only and one whitener only)
Disliked: Mattress and pillow were very uncofortable, was not able to sleep both nights.

Short and Sweet!

Liked: The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room had a great updated bathroom and shower, and a nice little kitchenette which was updated as well. It was quiet there (not sure if we had neighbours or not). Clearly they’re making upgrades to the rooms slowly :) Although the main floor was older and had some scratches as a result, everything was clean! It was just off the main road and less than 5 mins from many restaurants (Boston Pizza, McDonald’s, Timmies, a sushi restaurant, a cafe, and a pizza restaurant). There was a waterfall 20 mins up the road as well and it’s about 35 mins from Waterton.
Disliked: The floor in the main space of the room was older and squeaky, I’m sure it’s on their list to replace. The comforter and curtains are dated. Otherwise the room was great!
