Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Marta in the restaurant is exceptional and it's good to see the other staff looking to her for training in order to give guests quality service. The facilities such as the spa area are an added bonus and the food was good too; our waitress Maddie was very helpful and sweet.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: Room needs refurb.

Excellent stay

Liked: Lovely atmosphere as soon as walked through the doors. Friendly reception staff. Used the spa and the pool and jacuzzi were lovely. As we stayed on a Sunday night the restaurant was not open but we had a tasty bar meal in the lounge. Overall an excellent and relaxing stay.
Disliked: Nothing
