Lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Marta in the restaurant is exceptional and it's good to see the other staff looking to her for training in order to give guests quality service. The facilities such as the spa area are an added bonus and the food was good too; our waitress Maddie was very helpful and sweet.

Liked: Staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful!Breakfasts were good with plenty of options, except for the orange juice which seemed very watered down.
Disliked: The electronic key cards kept refusing to work, (on four occasions), which meant we had to walk all the way back to reception to have them re-programmed. This was very frustrating especially wanting to access the room quickly to use the toilet! It was suggested our mobile phones might have erased the cards, but I do not think that was the cause. It was also mentioned that the management were looking at upgrading the system, but that it was very expensive? We noticed also that the bed was never made up properly. The duvet was re-positioned, but the bed sheet hadn't been straightened out. This was disconcerting, as if short cuts were being made.

Dated, dirty and unsatisfactory treatments

Liked: Stayed at the hotel with my daughter overnight. The rooms are very dated. Ours had cracks in the bathroom floor and what looked like mould behind the bedroom curtain. The beds were rock hard and the same with the pillows. The bedding was awful, not soft at all they must have used a bucket load of start on the duvet cover. We had a full body massage each on the Saturday afternoon. We were in an adjoining room which was nice, however during the massage we could hear the 2 girls mouthing to each other and whispering. This was very rude and unsettled us as his do you know they are not talking about you. It was a very bad experience and I would never come back here for treatments. We really should have asked for £130 back

Liked: Liked.Quiet. Easy parking. DislikedPillows rubbish. Evening meal very poor. Lounge staff miserable. WiFi weak. Breakfast not included (quite relieved really).
