Will never go again here..

Liked: The guy doesn’t know much English and hard to communicate.
Disliked: Bathroom no lock, smelly carpet in corridor. No reception. They charged extra for coming late. Unable to speak English. Not friendly..

Booked for 6 nights. Checked...

Liked: Nothing I like about this apartment including interaction of property managers
Disliked: Everything I didn’t like about this property. 1. I vacated that property on 30/12/24 at 10:30 to 10:45am. They have not given any receipt of my stay for that one day. When I email property to send an invoice about stay for one day and proof for early checked out, they replied that they replied that if you want to come back and stay , you can. Other than that they didn’t provide any receipts. They also didn’t refund the security bond of AUD 100 charged during checked in.2. Property manager was so rude during the communication. She started with the conversation that she won’t refund my money rather than not listening my concerns.3. She falsely accused me that I booked for 3 people and came with 4. But I searched my request through booking.com mentioning my requirement (2 Adult and 2 child). This property appeared in the search. This is not my fault. 4. Room is too small to consider apartment as mentioned in the advertisement. Space in the Toilet is too small, that I can’t sit facing front due to crowed space in front of cabinet. Only, I can sit to one side. Property manager said this was built long term back and they can’t do anything for that5. Water flow in the shower is very slow. It will take 30 minutes to finish the shower. Also, temperature in the shower changes suddenly. 6. Dinning space mentioned in the advertisement is so called the table between the 2 beds.7. All the cooking utensils are very dirty. We can’t make food with this. 8. I had to look for new accommodation in last minute during this new year era which costed me more than twice the money. If I made this well before, I would have saved lots of money.

Disliked: Dirty room mould in the shower cutlery was dirty microwave I had to clean before I could heat my baby’s bottles rooms smelt no parking left 2 days early with notice and wouldn’t refund our money wouldn’t recommend
