Disliked: I arrived after hours checkin and the afterhours phone was not being answred and no one was around. I tried multiple times and called on various phones - no one came. I ended up having to find new accomodation at 11pm, and there was no refund. Terrible service.

Good location, needs improvements

Liked: Perfect location, however the road noise was much louder than expected. Very large room, good size bathroom either toiletries provided. Room was clean enough to stay, but not as clean as I’d expect a hotel of this price range to be, and room was not serviced or made up, plus no fresh towels for our second nights stay. Staff were friendly but it’s clear some staff need additional training. Manager was able to help us resolve issues once we discussed with him. We wouldn’t choose to stay again unfortunately
