Disliked: Staff was rude, heat didn't work, took 20 minutes for the water to get hot, cramped room. Would never stay again.

After so many stays this...

Liked: I have been a repeat customer for over three years. I stepped out and when returned in evening our belongings were removed by staff into black bags and room given to someone else. In process of this many personal items were stolen by their clean up crew. Unfortunately the owner Nick didn’t have the courtesy to even call me to provide me an explanation, an apology or a discounted rate. Literally have stayed at this hotel for years while we setup our trucking company. A shame this happened and not even a call to discuss this further.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Room was as expected, no frills but comfortable.
Disliked: Furniture a little beat up.

Quiet, comfortable.

Liked: The room was quiet, comfortable, but the sink didn't drain and they gave me greasy, tar stained towels. Luckily I travel with my own. Someone parked their car in an illegal spot between myself and my wife's car and scratched her car. The concierge didn't care when I showed him. He didn't apologize and say that he would address the guest. He told me if I had an issue to contact the police. That was very disappointing! Aside from that, this was our second stay and we enjoyed it.
Disliked: The lack of responsibility or help with the illegal parking/damaged caused to my car by another guest. Not having a functioning bathroom sink.
