Disappointing

Liked: Location great.very clean.even the towels were designed like a luxury hotel.
Disliked: The smell of dead cigarette smoke was soo bad my clothes had to be washed. They tried to disinfect it, didn’t work. An ozone machine would have done the trick. They had no other rooms available. If it wasn’t for the smell of cigarettes. I would have liked it

Liked: Nothing at all, the office lady was absolutely horrible and rude.
Disliked: Everything, it was grungy and dirty and smelled bad.

Not good.

Disliked: I was there for 7 days, they only cleaned my room once on day 6 after I complained. It was gross. When I first got to the hotel, they gave me a dirty room that immediately needed to be switched.

Charming, but has a few...

Liked: I like the decor and feel of the place. It was very recently renovated, and done so tastefully.
Disliked: No tea, coffee, or coffee maker in the room, which seemed unusual. Kitchen was very well done, but lacked items for use by occupants. Very little soap and shampoo provided (only enough for one person, even though two of us stayed there).
